Sigma Mixer

Sigma Mixer is used to mix soap noodles or soap chips with perfume, color and other additives. Sigma Mixer  has two shafts. The shafts have Z shaped stainless steel blades rotating in two troughs of Sigma Mixer. The blades are rotating at different speed for maximum efficiency and homogenization. Mixed materials after mixing are removed from bottom discharge mechanism or by tilting the mixture. The shaft is mounted on heavy duty bearings. The mixing machine is lined with thick sheet of stainless steel. Supporting structure is made from mild steel angles, channels and flats. The mixture is driven by gearbox. Profile of the arms of sigma mixer is such that it gives better mixing and crushing of soap noodles hence the mixing is fast and homogeneous.

Simplex Noodle Plodder

Plodder is also called an Extruder. The extruder screw takes the mixed  soap from hopper and presses the soap as it tries to pass through noodle plate. Extruder has a seamless pipe SS-304 stainless steel. Aluminum alloy screw is rotating inside the pipe. The pressing action binds the soap. The rotating knife cuts the soap noodles as they come our of the noodle plate. The pipe is jacketed to circulate water in it. The screw is rotated by shaft revolving in pedestals. The pedestal has tapered roller bearings which take heavy axial and radial load. The shaft is driven by a gear box.

Roller Mill

Triple roller mill is a vital machine for making quality soap. The milling machine makes the mixed soap more homogeneous, free from grainy appearance and gives more transparency to soap. The machine has three rolls arranged horizontally. Each roll is rotating at different speed. This feature ensures that the soap between the rolls is rubbed rather than crushed. This increases milling efficiency. The gap between rolls can be adjusted to give required thickness of soap film. The mixed material is fed between the slower pair of rolls by feeding hopper. The soap is milled twice. The film sticking to rolls is removed by adjustable scrappers. The spilled material is collected in chute given below. Heat generated because of rubbing action is removed by circulating cooling water inside each roll. Hobbed gears run in oil bath. The rolls are made of hardened steel and chrome plated to give maximum wear resistance. The rolls are secured in self aligning spherical roller bearings. Middle shaft of the milling machine is given the drive by gear box.

Conveyor

Screw Conveyor is made of stainless which transfers material from one machine to another. Due typical design of the machine the material while being transported also gets mixed and homogenised during the transportation.

Duplex Vacuum Plodder

The duplex vacuum plodder is the machine which extrudes the final soap which suitable for stamping. The extruder screw of top noodle plodder takes the milled soap ribbons of soap from hopper and presses the soap as it tries to pass through noodle plate. There is a rotating knife which cuts the noodles as they come out of the noodle plate.  The noodles fall in the vacuum chamber. The screw of the bottom screw binds the soap noodles under vacuum as the soap mass comes out under pressure from the mouth of the cone through the die. Extruder has a seamless pipe SS-304 stainless steel. Aluminum alloy screw is rotating inside the pipe. The pressing action binds the soap under vacuum. The soap as it emerges from the conical mouth of the plodder it is cut into bars of suitable sizes. The pipe is jacketed to circulate water in it. Mouth of cone is jacketed and has facility to hold temperature sensor and heater. After certain temperature is attained it is maintained by thermostat mechanism which assures that soap bar emerges freely and has shiny appearance. If temperature is too high soap surface will be blistered and if the temperature is too low the soap surface will be dull. The screw is rotated by shaft revolving in pedestals. The pedestal has tapered roller bearings which take heavy axial and radial load. The shaft is driven by a gear box.

Rotary Bar Cutter

Rotary Bar Cutter has two aluminium discs which rotate in tandem with gearing mechanism. The machine doesn't require electricity but the force of the bar coming out is used to rotate the discs and peripheral blades cut the extruding soap bar. The gap between the discs is adjustable and is suited to cut different profiles of soap being extruded. The length of bar can be changed by having other set of disc with different diamenter.

Reciprocating Cake Cutter

Reciprocating Cake Cutter is a table where cut bars can be stored as buffer. Bar are kept in front of a reciprocating pusher one by one. The bar is pushed through a Wire Frame which cuts the soap as per the distance between two wires. The wire can be adjusted to get exact weight of cake cut from the bar. The frame on which wire is fixed is adjustable and also can be changed for rapid change of size. If client requires different sizes of soaps then it is advisable to have different frames so to save on setting time. Extra frames can also be kept to minimize stopover time in case of wire breaking. The reciprocating cutter also has a attachment to stamp logo or brand name on one side of soap after the bar is cut. The cutter is powered by 1HP motor and can cut upto 30 bars a minute.
